Build, combine or expand your system with the OFERA Aquaponics Grow Bed Module BASIC 4X. This module kit is easy to set up and integrate into your system. With the two Flood & Drain Grow Beds you can filter your fish tank, aquarium or pond (up to approx. 800l) in a natural way.
All you have to do is fill the grow beds with the desired grow media (e.g. planting clay 8-16mm or clay granules 8-12mm), provide a water supply from your fish tank and stimulate the nitrogen cycle with an aquaponics bacteria culture.
The module is also available as an option, ready for connection, with a pre-assembled irrigation fitting. The automatic Bell Siphon (Auto Siphon) drainage works without electricity, reliably and regularly enriches your fish tank with fresh oxygen. A simple, asynchronous timing of the grow bed drainage ensures minimal fluctuations in the water level, which has a positive effect on your fish.
