Practical and space-saving size | High-quality knitted mesh polyester | Vinyl floor
This high-quality net cage allows you to keep soldier flies from mating to egg laying.
Application
At warm temperatures (>20°C) place in a light-flooded and covered area . Let the flies hatch and mate inside the cage. For laying eggs, it is best to place or hang cardboard boxes (honeycomb boxes) or wooden slats with small gaps (slots) inside. Placing organic waste encourages the flies to lay eggs. After mating, the female flies then begin to lay their eggs in the openings of the honeycomb box or slots in the wooden slats . You can then easily remove these through the tunnel openings.
Alternatively, you can also use the net cage with stacked insect containers for the isolated and protected rearing of the larvae . This protects the containers from other flying insects laying their eggs. The cage has a practical and space-saving size of 60x60x180cm or the larger version of 100x100x200cm and is made of high-quality, durable knitted-mesh polyester . No comparison to conventional insect protection nets!
